KEEPING YOU SAFE THROUGH THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC

As we reopen our doors to welcome you back into our studio, Pilates Flow remains absolutely committed to your well-being and peace of mind.
We have redoubled our focused efforts to keep our studio a safe and worry-free environment for everyone.
Some of the pro-active steps we have taken include, and are not limited to, our Safety Policy as outlined below:
Safe Distancing of 2 metres between each client at all times.
Safe Distancing of 1 metre between each instructor and his/her client.
Staff and instructors are to wear masks at all times.
Disposable gloves to be worn by instructors whenever hands-on corrections are given.
Sanitizing of exercise equipment after each use.
Increased frequency of sanitizing commonly accessed surfaces.
Stringent personal hygiene practices within the studio implemented for both instructors and clients.
Limiting total capacity in the studio to 10 people maximum.
Mandatory temperature taking of all visitors to the studio.
Contact tracing via SafeEntry check-in/check-out.
Suspension of all group-based classes till further notice.
In mind of social responsibility and efforts to avoid community spread, we ask that if:
If you have been inside a known COVID-19 cluster (or been in close contact with individuals who have), to refrain from taking sessions in the studio for at least 14 days.
If you have been feeling unwell, or having any respiratory symptoms of any sort, to refrain from attending sessions in the studio until you are fully recovered.
If you have been issued a Stay Home Notice/Quarantine/Leave of Absence order (or in close contact with individuals who have), to refrain from attending sessions in the studio for at least 14 days.
Late Cancellation due to health reasons during this period will have its charges waived upon presenting of a Medical Certificate.
The studio reserves the right to turn a client away from attending/continuing a session if he/she displays symptoms of illness, not limited to, fever or respiratory conditions (e.g. coughing, sneezing, runny nose) , or if deemed to be a transmission risk.
