I have been training with Nina for 18 months, and I have seen remarkable improvements in my posture and core strength. Nina's expertise in classic Pilates, combined with her deep understanding of body anatomy, meticulous attention to detail, and personalized approach, has been transformative. She tailors each reformer pilates (with some mat work) session to my work schedule and assesses how my muscles are feeling, ensuring the perfect balance of progress and necessary stretches. I did a total of 4 sessions with Justine. She was lovely and humourous and patient. I sometimes don't understand an instruction, she will patiently repeat and rephase it in a way so I know how to move my body. I fully enjoyed all my sessions and felt very stretched - also usually slept better after those sessions. The atmosphere there is also very clean and calming.

I did my first ever pilates class with them and I never regretted it since! The studio is well equipped and clean. The instructors are amazing, very encouraging, patient and listen to my needs. Valerie pushes me quite hard sometimes but I never felt forced. It has been an amazing journey so far!

I started out my Pilates journey at Pilates Flow, and it has changed my life and fitness in many ways. Pilates has not just improved my physical fitness and enables me to do cardio; it has also improved my mental health and posture. While 1-on-1 sessions may seem costly, you get the benefit of an experienced instructor to guide specific aspects of your Pilates practice. A big shoutout to my instructor Valerie for helping me get better in Pilates. What's truly different about Pilates Flow is their focus on classical Pilates which is more effective than movement in other classes format.

The studio is kept clean and tidy. Parts are replaced regularly. Song is on top of administrative matters and replies promptly and politely.

Song and his team of instructors are experienced and knowledgeable; they are always ready to share and are very encouraging.

Armand is absolutely fantastic; he is able to very quickly identify errors I made and correct them with such humour. Really appreciate the home exercises he shares so that i can continue addressing some ailments even at home. He knows the problems and will introduce exercises to work on these problems.

I have been attending 1-1 pilates classes with Cecilia since last year. Cecilia is patient and understanding. The classes are designed to suit my body conditions and strengths. They are challenging and yet achievable. I feel stronger and more flexible, as if I have gotten a new body (:

I would strongly recommend Pilates Flow to anyone who would like to experience what "real" pilates is. It's very different from the "gym" or "grammable" pilates that you have seen/done.

Best pilates studio in Singapore!! My instructor, Justine, has been very patience and helped me to focus on my core strength. Everyone in Pilates Flow is very friendly and helpful to support our progress. Scheduling is also very easy and fast response. It was right decision to choose Pilates Flow @2nd for my pilates exercise.

Comfortable, clean and low-key studio with natural light in Bukit Timah. Studio follows the Classical Pilates method, which is not so common in Singapore. I have taken 1-1 classes with Song and Valerie, and they are both outstanding teachers with excellent attention to detail.

 Song fosters a supportive and empowering atmosphere in the studio. His positive energy is infectious, motivating me to push beyond my limits and achieve results I never thought possible. He is an exceptional Pilates instructor who has transformed my practice, and enhanced my overall well-being over the past five years. Highly recommended.

Good Pilates Studio!

I've tried other studios and still find Pilates Flow to be the best. I really like how the instructors stay true to the classical approach, and I can really feel the difference in my body. Highly recommended!

Pilates Flow is the only pilates studio I'd go to in Singapore as they're the only ones who practice the Romana’s Pilates / True Pilates method.

The Romana's Pilates method is named after Romana Kryzanowska, successor of Joseph and Clara Pilates' original studio in NYC. The method's goal is to teach Joseph Pilates’ original work in its purest form - in contrast to the many pilates-inspired studios you see nowadays.

I've taken both duet and group mat sessions at Pilates Flow under Armand, Sergei (previously) and Song. All trainers were very very knowledgeable about Pilates as well as the body (corrections were given, as are variations that are body-specific), and they struck a good balance between encouraging and strict. My body (especially my back and abs) always felt amazing after each class - especially important for office workers who stay seated for extended period - and I haven't found another exercise that gives me that feeling.

Sadly, pilates is one of the more expensive ways to keep fit and I couldn't justify the expenses to myself after a while, especially since I was practising it to keep my body in check for my main exercise. That said, I 100% stand behind the Pilates Flow team and would return to them in a heartbeat once my expenses allow.

The instructors at Pilates Flow are well experienced and always look out for client's best interest. My instructor is outstanding, experienced and tailors the various reformer exercises according to my needs. The instructors are patient and encouraging, and this is the place to go if you want a personalised and not intimidating pilates session.

A great place to feel good about sweating, and learn discipline and perseverance.

Song and Armand are 2 of several instructors there, and I can easily see myself finishing 2021 with this studio, and continuing into 2022.

 I have practiced Pilates for five years until I found Pilates Flow @ 2nd. Here the teachers teach Romana’s classical Pilates. I finally understood and believe that practicing Pilates can change my body. Build body strength and flexibility as well as maintain a lean and long body. Here is a small cozy and well equipped studio with passionate instructors!

 5 stars. This is the 1st pilates studio that I feel that I am working my body.

 Been learning here for 2 years under an easy going instructor who always encourages me to push harder. In the beginning I was inflexible and skinny-fat but now I can see improvements and tightening throughout my body especially around my abs, back and arms. It’s a calm and positive environment where I feel accepted compared to other studios I’ve tried which is why I think it’s the best pilates studio in Singapore.

I have been doing Pilates at Pilates Flow studio for more than 7 years now. The instructors are well trained and dedicated to their works. You know when the studio is good, you will continue to visit the studio for more exercises.

 “ Scoop!” takes another meaning when I started my pilates practice a few years back at Pilates Flow @ 2nd! Regardless whether I am working out on the mat or the reformer, I always see the results that I want after an hour of personalised session with their well trained and passionate instructors. I highly recommend Pilates Flow @ 2nd, as it is by far the best place to practice classical pilates created by the respected Joseph Pilates. So Scoop those core up and enjoy the feeling of lengthening in a whole new level!

 The studio offers a clean and cozy environment. It stays true to classical Pilates ( i.e. the original teachings of Joseph Pilates) It also keeps the Pilates Mat classes small with a maximum of six students to ensure personalised feedback and focus. I enjoyed the Pilates Mat class as it helps to ease the stiffness of my shoulders and lower back after a long day at work, as well as strengthening and toning my body.

Great environment with excellent instructors to guide you. This has been my studio for several years now. Friendly instructors who make the sessions fun. I started going due to a desperate attempt to fix a neck problem. Tried pain killers, physiotherapy and all. Pilates fixed my problem and I have not looked back since.

 This studio offers the highest level of Pilates training. The teachers are wonderful and very skilled.

 Excellent teachers that go hand in hand with postural strengthening, health and wellness. Will always refer clients to them for advanced core strengthening. Thumbs up!

 I'm a classical pilates instructor myself and I find that the Instructors here stay true to Joseph pilates work. Great work outs and intuitive teaching! You won't find better Instructors anywhere in town! These guys are all trained intensively in NYC!
