If you really want to reap the fruits of Pilates, these guys are the real deal. They practice Classical Pilates strictly so you’re going to get the method Joseph Pilates himself established. I’ve been to many studios professing to teach Pilates but in the end I found Pilates Flow to be the only reliable one. I started with a creaky spine that could hardly bend but 2 years on I can easily handle the short spine massage and my lower back pain is gone. I also like that the instructors are friendly, the equipment is solid and the workout environment is cosy and encouraging. Highly recommend.

Yankwee TengBeen learning here for 2 years under an easy going instructor who always encourages me to push harder. Zara JoThe studio offers a clean and cozy environment. It stays true to classical Pilates ( i.e. the original teachings of Joseph Pilates) It also keeps the Pilates Mat classes small with a maximum of six students to ensure personalised feedback and focus. I enjoyed the Pilates Mat class as it helps to ease the stiffness of my shoulders and lower back after a long day at work, as well as strengthening and toning my body.
