Individual Sessions
In an Individual Session, your workout will consist of using the various Pilates apparatus such as the Reformer, Cadillac, Chairs, etc, under the one-on-one supervision of an instructor.
You will learn how to get the best results from each exercise through the Pilates principles as you transition from basic to intermediate and advanced routines.
As your strength and skill level increases, so will the challenges in your workouts. Your instructor will take you through each 1-hour session with your safety and fitness goals in mind, and will address the specific needs that your body requires to maximize your results through the Pilates method.

Duet Sessions
Grab a partner and come for a Pilates workout! Structured much like an Individual Session, Duet Sessions let you pair up with a partner as you progress in your knowledge and skill in Pilates together.
Great for couples and friends who share similar fitness interests!

The studio is kept clean and tidy. Parts are replaced regularly. Song is on top of administrative matters and replies promptly and politely.
Song and his team of instructors are experienced and knowledgeable; they are always ready to share and are very encouraging.
Armand is absolutely fantastic; he is able to very quickly identify errors I made and correct them with such humour. The Romana's Pilates method is named after Romana Kryzanowska, successor of Joseph and Clara Pilates' original studio in NYC. The method's goal is to teach Joseph Pilates’ original work in its purest form - in contrast to the many pilates-inspired studios you see nowadays.
I've taken both duet and group mat sessions at Pilates Flow under Armand, Sergei (previously) and Song. All trainers were very very knowledgeable about Pilates as well as the body (corrections were given, as are variations that are body-specific), and they struck a good balance between encouraging and strict. My body (especially my back and abs) always felt amazing after each class - especially important for office workers who stay seated for extended period - and I haven't found another exercise that gives me that feeling.
Sadly, pilates is one of the more expensive ways to keep fit and I couldn't justify the expenses to myself after a while, especially since I was practising it to keep my body in check for my main exercise. That said, I 100% stand behind the Pilates Flow team and would return to them in a heartbeat once my expenses allow.C W -

Joey NgHave been doing 1-on-1 weekly 1-hour pilates sessions at this place, for more than 7 years. Various instructors are friendly and quite skilled. Sometimes I feel lazy and want to procrastinate, but they gently inspire me (sometimes in a humorous manner), and I usually feel satisfied at the end of every session. A great place to feel good about sweating, and learn discipline and perseverance.
Song and Armand are 2 of several instructors there, and I can easily see myself finishing 2021 with this studio, and continuing into 2022.Paras Soh - I love how private and conducive the studio is and most importantly, the instructors are amazing. In the beginning I was inflexible and skinny-fat but now I can see improvements and tightening throughout my body especially around my abs, back and arms. Zara JoThe studio offers a clean and cozy environment. It stays true to classical Pilates ( i.e. the original teachings of Joseph Pilates) It also keeps the Pilates Mat classes small with a maximum of six students to ensure personalised feedback and focus. I enjoyed the Pilates Mat class as it helps to ease the stiffness of my shoulders and lower back after a long day at work, as well as strengthening and toning my body.
